Six Sentence Sunday and Denny’s Eye Candy

Good morning Six Sentence Sunday. Here's another excerpt from my WIP The Vampire Lust Club.
Michael squeezed his eyes shut and rubbed his hands over his face.
Casey reached out, her hand quivering as she touched him. He was a strong man. Courageous at times, but she didn’t believe he grasped the danger his very existence presented to the Vampire Society. No matter how much his guardian had explained, taught, and shared, Michael wasn’t a vampire. He’d never understand what it meant to be dead and alive all at once.
So he's caught between the two worlds? That's a sad and lonely place to be. Interesting six, Denny.
