We've made it to another Six Sentence Sunday and today I'm in sunny, hot Orlando, Florida for a few days. For today's six, I chose from the middle of my WIP The Vampire Lust Club. Here, my heroine Casey Hunter (vampire and private investigator) and the hero Michael Pepperdine (human cop) have just shared an intimate moment. 

When she didn't say a word, just scooted out of his embrace and sat on the floor staring at him Michael had looked baffled, as if the sex had taken him by surprise, too. 

Well, it sure as shit had surprised her.

Clutching at his body, screaming out his name, the orgasm exploding all around her. His hands and his mouth, his lips and his tongue, caressing her, making her shake, making her want to feel him everywhere. It was too much to handle.

So she’d bailed, jumped up off the floor and fled.
