Happy Six Sentence Sunday! Yes, another week has come and gone. My six this week are from my WIP, The Vampire Lust Club, a story about a vampire private detective with a unique gift in a post apocalyptic Washington, DC who meets her match in a beat cop, a human with a strange addiction.
The human, a damn beautiful specimen of a man, lingered at the opposite end of the long bar. Tall and commanding, he towered over a group of six women, all vampires. Brazen hussies, they paid homage like school girls, giggling at his every remark, fussing over his hair and clothing, shameless in their contortions to outshine the vampire next to them. It was as if he were some kind of movie star from the past–or a god from the future.
Sitting on a stool in the corner of the dimly lit club, Casey couldn’t blame them one damn bit. A human that healthy and good looking was a prize cow when it came to bleeders.
Let me know what you think, and don't forget to visit the Six Sentence Sunday roll call and enjoy!

From your lips to a publisher's ears … lol! Thank you for dropping by. Glad you liked!
Thank you.I'm also hoping to see it in print soon:).
Movie-star status… yes, with a price. Loved this one, and didn't in the least anticipate the sharp cynical twist at the end. Great six.
lol…yes, I am looking forward to getting back to this WIP as soon as I fnish the other two:). Thank you for visiting.
I hope this shows up, having trouble with my replies, but thank you for stopping my and commenting. Glad you liked.
Really enticing six. Makes me want to know more about this world-where humans are the ones being fawned over rather than the vampires.
Yes, it is a bit of a reversal of fortune in this futuristic society. I hope to get back to this WIP in a few months. Glad you liked.
Thanks for stopping by and commenting.
