There are three months (and a day:) until the release (March 30) of my debut novel, Wild Women and the Blues. I am so excited for readers to get know Honoree Dalcour, Sawyer Hayes, Ezekiel Bailey, and Bessie Palmer, I can hardly wait (seriously:). It is a story and characters I’ve lived with for some time and can’t wait to share them with you. And so far, I have been extremely pleased and honored to have had Wild Women and the Blues garner some fabulous reviews and much positive attention, including a lot of love for the book’s cover.
So, I wanted to take a moment (although, I’ve mentioned them before in interviews) to give credit to the creators of the cover: Kensington Publishing Creative Director, Kristine Mills-Noble and Cover Illustrator Sara Not. Just wow! And a huge thank you! The cover is gorgeous and depicts my protagonist, Honoree Dalcour, of the 1925 storyline of my novel, perfectly. She is beautiful, ambitious, and a not-so-starry-eyed chorus girl, and I love how much this cover brings her to life!
