Happy Sunday, and yes, it’s six sentence time. Amazing that we’re also in the midst of NaNoWriMo again! I’m doing the Entangled Smackdown at Savvy Authors. I’m on the Dead Sexy Imprint, working with Team Dead-to-Writes! Shout out to them. This is from my other manuscript – I’m working several books these days:)…This one is VLC and my heroine is a badass (I love her:).
“You should leave,” Leo said as evenly as his ingenuous voice allowed.
“I don’t think so.” She opened her trench coat, showing her badge, and rested a hand on her weapon’s belt next to her V-Pistol. “We’re here to see Isabella.”
“Your badge doesn’t scare me.”
“It’s not the badge I want you to look at Leo.”
